If you're looking for something more than the usual offerings for brunch, then you definitely have to check out the Tapa Room at downstairs at the Providores.

The menu is innovative and international. Highlights include hot smoked salmon with poached eggs and yuzu hollandaise, sweetcorn and blueberry fritters, Turkish eggs from Istanbul or the must have Providores fry-ups.

The Tapa Room is small and can get crowded, so be prepared to wait...but it's well worth the wait.
